Last updated October 28, 2026. Storehand is run by Mizu Development LLC ("we"). This page explains what we collect to set up and run your stores, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your account: name, email and a hashed password.
- Business details you give us for seller applications: legal name, address, phone, entity type, what you sell, tax ID, date of birth of the owner, and payout bank details.
- Store logins we create for you, and anything you upload: product information, images, videos and CSV files.
- Messages between you and our team, and a log of what happened on each store.
How we protect it
Tax IDs, bank details, dates of birth and store passwords are encrypted with AES-256 before they are written to our database. Only our team can decrypt them, and every time someone on the team views your tax or bank details it shows up on your own timeline. When you finish a handoff we delete our copy of your store passwords.
Who we share it with
- The platforms you pick (for example Amazon, Shopify or Etsy), because their applications ask for these details.
- Stripe, which processes our payments. We never see or store your card number.
- Higgsfield, when we generate AI creatives for you, and Blotato, when we schedule your social posts. They receive the prompt, media and captions for those posts.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your account is open. Ask us in your dashboard messages to delete your account and we will remove your business details, files and store logins within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or accounting.
